Review Officer:

Part- A:

• NO NEGATIVE MARKING.
• NO MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS.

Part-B:

• NO NEGATIVE MARKING.
• MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS: 25 MARKS OUT OF 50 MARKS.

Computer Assistant:

Part-A:

• NO NEGATIVE MARKING.
• NO MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS.

Part-B:

• NO NEGATIVE MARKING.
• MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS: 25 MARKS OUT OF 50 MARKS
• MINIMUM SPEED: 25 WORDS PER MINUTE IN ENGLISH TYPING ON COMPUTER.

Review Officer:

Stage-I:

Part – A: General Studies

• General Science,
• History of India,
• Indian National Movement,
• Indian Polity, Economy and Culture,
• Indian Agriculture, Commerce, and Trade,
• Population, Ecology, and Urbanisation (in Indian Context),
• World Geography & Geography and Resources of India,
• Current National and International Important Events,
• General Aptitude
• Special Knowledge regarding Education, Culture, Agriculture, Industry, Trade, Living and Social Traditions of Uttar Pradesh,
• Knowledge of General English and General Hindi of Graduation level,
• Elementary Knowledge of computers.

Part B: Computer Knowledge Test

FOR REVIEW OFFICER (HINDI)

A copy of the text (approximately 500 words) in ENGLISH will be given to the Candidates for reproducing the same on the computer in the same format within 20 minutes.

FOR REVIEW OFFICER (URDU)

A copy of the text (approximately 500 words) in ENGLISH will be given to the Candidates for reproducing the same on the computer in the same format within 20 minutes

Stage-II:

FOR REVIEW OFFICER (HINDI):

Part-1: Translation from English to Hindi

• Translation from English to Hindi of an extract from a judgment, pleadings, evidence, and Government Resolutions
• Translation from English to Hindi of a section or some sections of an Acts of Rules
• Explanation of Common expressions, cliches, etc. which might be met within either of the above legal terms and maxims

Part-2: Translation from Hindi to English

• Translation from Hindi to English of an extract from a judgment, pleadings, evidence, and Government Resolutions
• Translation from Hindi to English of a section or some sections of an Acts of Rules
• Explanation of Common expressions, cliches, etc. which might be
  met with in either of the above legal terms and maxims

Part-1: Translation from English to Urdu

• Elementary Knowledge of Computers.

Part-II: Computer Knowledge Test

A candidate shall be provided a text in English of approximately 500 words on a computer which he/she shall be required to reproduce on the computer in the same format.
