SSC GD Physical Hall Ticket 2023 PET & PST Standard

The candidates must fulfill the following physical standards in the PET/PST to qualify for the exams

PET Standard:

• Male candidates should be able to run 5 Km in 24 minutes.
• Female candidates should be able to run 1.6 Km in 8 ½ minutes.

PST Standard:

• • Height:
    • Male candidates should have a height of 170 cm.
    • Female candidates should have a height of 157 cm.
  • Chest:
    • Male candidates should have a minimum chest measurement of 80 cm (un-expanded) and 5 cm (minimum expansion).
  • Weight:

Candidates should have a weight proportionate to their height and age as per medical standards.
