Indian Air Force Airmen Syllabus 2021 PDF | Check Details Here: The officials of Indian Air Force has released the syllabus and exam pattern for Airmen in Group X Trades (Except Education Instructor Trade), Group Y Trade post. The authority has planned to conduct the online examination for Airmen recruitment. Candidates can check the exam date details at official website. The exam date has not announced yet. Further, We will intimate the exam date once it was announced by the officials. Candidates can download the syllabus and exam pattern for preparing the online examination from here. Phase –II:

  • Admit Card for Phase II, printed in colour.
  • Colour After completing the online registration, print off the duly filled application form.
    For writing, you’ll need an HB pencil, an eraser, a sharpener, a glue stick, a stapler, and a black/blue ball point pen.
  • Eight copies of an unattested recent passport size colour photograph (which was utilised for the online application registration).
  • Matriculation Passing Certificate, original and four self-attested photocopies (needed for verification of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth).
  • Matriculation Marks Sheet (only valid for three-year Diploma Course holders when English is not a topic in the Diploma Course) original and four self-attested photocopies
  • Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheet (original and four self-attested photocopies). OR the original and four self-attested photocopies of the three-year diploma course passing certificate as well as all semester marks sheets.
  • Certificates for SOAFP (Son of Air Force Personnel) and sons of serving/retired/deceased Air Force civilian employees paid out of defence estimates must be downloaded from the CASB web portal’s download area and brought with them when reporting for phase II of the examination.
  • For candidates who have been discharged from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, or any other government agency. Discharge Certificate (as issued by the Indian Army/Navy/Government Organization): original and four self-attested photocopies
  • Original Phase I admit card with Air Force seal and invigilator’s signature used during Phase I test.
  • For candidates currently serving in any government entity, a NOC in original and four self-attested photocopies from their employer are required (if applicable).
  • NCC ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ certificate original and four self-attested photocopies (if applicable)

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

It consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes and 30 seconds. Candidates will also have to complete 10 push – ups, 10 sit – ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.

Note: Candidates are advised to bring their sports shoes and shorts/Track pants.

Adaptability Test – 1

Adaptability Test – 1 (objective type written test) which is to assess suitability of a candidate for employment in the IAF which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather and operational conditions.

Adaptability Test – 2

Adaptability Test – 2 is to select candidates who can adapt to the environment of Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.

Medical Examination

Medical Examination will be conducted by Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on subject issue. Medical examination would also include Baseline Investigation of: –

(a) Blood Haemogram – Hb, TLC, DLC
(b) Urine RE/ME
(c) Biochemistry (i) Blood Sugar Fasting & PP (ii) Serum Cholesterol (iii) Urea, Uric acid, Creatinine (iv) LFT — Serum Bilurubin, SGOT, SGPT
(d) X – Ray chest (PA view)
(e) ECG (R)
