Indian Coast Guard Job Eligibility Criteria 2024
Educational Qualification:
General Duty (GD) – Should hold a degree from a recognised university.Math’s and Physics as subject upto Intermediate (12th) or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent.
Technical (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) – Should hold an Engineering degree from a recognized university in Naval Architecture or Mechanical or Marine or Industrial and Metallurgy or Design or Automotive or Production or Mechatronics or Aeronautical or Aerospace
Age Limit:
1. General Duty (GD) – 21-25 years i.e. born between 01.07.2000 & 30.06.2004
2. Technical (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) – 21-25 years i.e. born between 01.07.2000 & 30.06.2004 (Both dates inclusive). (Five Years relaxation for personnel serving in Indian Coast Guard)
Age Relaxation:-
For SC/ ST Candidates: 5 years
For OBC Candidates: 3 years
