JEE Main 2023 Paper Analysis: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 (B.E./B.Tech) exam is being conducted in computer-based mode by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from 6th to 15th April, 2023. JEE Mains Subject Wise Difficulty Level 2023
- Physics: Easy difficulty level, mostly consisting of easy and moderate questions. Questions were evenly distributed among all units and most of the questions were NCERT based.
- Chemistry: Easy to moderate difficulty level, with more weightage given to Physical Chemistry compared to Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.
- Mathematics: Moderate to difficult difficulty level, with questions asked from all chapters. Emphasis was on Algebra.
Class Wise Distribution Level JEE Mains 2023
- Physics: Approximately equal weightage from Class 11th & Class 12th syllabus.
- Chemistry: Approximately equal weightage from Class 11th & Class 12th syllabus.
- Mathematics: Majorly questions were from the Class 11th syllabus.
JEE Main Session 2 Overall Difficulty Level
The overall difficulty of JEE Main (Session 2) 10th April 2023 – Shift 2 was easy to moderate, with Mathematics being the most difficult subject to attempt out of all three subjects. The order of difficulty in different subjects – as assessed by our experts is Mathematics > Chemistry > Physics.
