Kancheepuram DHS Job Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
1. Dietician:
i) Must possess M.Sc degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics
2. Lab.Technician Grade II – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course (two years duration)
3. Manifold Technician – Must possess Anaesthesia Technician certificate course in a recognised Medical Colleges in TamilNadu
4. Dental Hygienist – Must have completed 12th (Science stream) with 2 years diploma in Dental Hygienist course
5. ECG Tech – Must have passed in Plus 2 courses with eligibility for university course of study.
6. Theatre Tech
A Pass in Higher Secondary Course with the science subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry and Biology
8. Lift Mechanic
i) Completed 2 years ITI Course in Electrician.
ii) completed Apprenticeship training (NAC) under the Apparent
9. AC Mechanic – Completed in 2 years ITI Course in Refrigeration and Air conditioning Technician
10. Cyto Tech – Must have passed M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (Cyto Pathology) in their postgraduate program
11. Sterilization Operator (CSSD Tech. Assistant) – Diploma in Hospital Sterilisation Technology in a NMC recognised Medical Colleges.
12. Occupational Therapist
(a) Must have passed Higher Secondary Course, and
(b) a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy 3years course with 6 months internship until 1997 (or) Four years course with A four-year program in occupational therapy with a six-month internship granted by any university approved by the University Grants Commission
13. Pharmacist – A Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm. D
14. Social Worker – Any Degree with MSW obtained from guild of service, Egmore.
15. Boiler Mechanic – A degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Power Plant or Production or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university or Institution.
16. Housekeeper – Any Degree with computer knowledge.
17. Data Entry Operator – Any Degree with computer knowledge. Typewriting Senior Grade in Tamil and English.
18. IT Coordinator – Diploma /Degree (ECE/IT/CS/ B.sc (CS)/BCA
19. Blood Bank Counsellor – Master’s Degree in Medical Psychology from a recognized University;
20. Anaesthesia Technician – A pass in Higher Secondary Course with the Science.
21. Radiographer – Diploma in Radio Diagnosis Technician
22. Physiotherapist – A Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). Preferable at least 2 years experience of working in Hospital.
23. Electrician Gr.II – A pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
24. Office Assistant – Completed 8th pass with Tamil read and write
25. Female/Male Nursing Assistant – Candidates must pass the 10th Std and completed MPHW course 1 year in recognised institutions
26. Cook – Should know read and write Tamil
27. Barber – Should know read and write Tamil
28. Dhobi – Should know read and write Tamil
29. Supervisor – Any degree with NCC B licence certificate
