KCET 2023 registration window closes today: Today, on May 13, the registration for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2023 will close. Interested candidates can apply on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. The exam is scheduled from May 20 to May 22, 2023.
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) opened the registration window for only two days on April 24 and 25. The last date to apply for the KCET 2023 exam was initially April 9, but it got extended. Candidates were allowed to make corrections in their application form from April 12 to April 15.

How to apply for KCET 2023?
Step 1: Visit the official website of KCET – cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea
Step 2: Click on the link for registration.
Step 3: Register and login using registration credentials.
Step 4: Fill in necessary details and upload required documents.
Step 5: Pay the application fee in online mode.
Step 6: Submit the KCET application form 2023.
Step 7: Download and take a printout of the form for future reference.
KCET 2023 Application Form Documents required
- Keep ready your Karnataka SSLC or Class 10 mark sheet.
- If you are a previous year’s student, keep your Karnataka 12th or 2nd PUC mark sheet ready.
- Keep all necessary reservation certificates ready (if applicable) to claim RD number or caste (category, income, skim layer certificate (NCLC), Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) certificates.
- Make sure you have details of all the subjects and courses studied in Karnataka.
- Keep a recent passport-size photograph in the jpg or jpeg format ready (max 50 KB size).
- Have a scanned copy of your signature in jpg or jpeg format (max 50 KB size).
- Have a scanned copy of your left-hand thumb impression in jpg or jpeg format (max size 50 KB).
KCET 2023 Application Fee
- The application fee for general/OBC candidates is Rs 500/– and for SC/ST/Women candidates is Rs 250/-.
- Candidates can pay the fee using debit card, credit card, or net banking facilities.
- Alternatively, candidates can pay the fee through a challan at one of the designated banks or e-post offices.
- After uploading the documents in the application form, candidates will be able to download the challan for payment.
