Madras High Court Examiner, Reader Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022

To apply for the Madras High Court  Recruitment vacancy, the candidates should have some required qualifications and age limits. Actually, Madras High Court used to recruit young candidates for initial level operations. Let’s discuss the further details below.

Educational Qualification

Madras High Court requires 10th candidates to apply for their Examiner notification 2022. The detailed information has been given below or you can verify it on the official notification itself.

1. Examiner – Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

2. Reader Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

3. Senior Bailiff – Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

4. Junior Bailiff Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

5. Process Server Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

6. Process Writer Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary

7. Xerox Operator Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies with practical experience for a period of not less than 6 months in the operation of Xerox machine.

8. Lift Operator – Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification, viz., must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies.

9. Driver – Must have passed VIII standard AND Must possess a valid Driving License for driving a Motor Vehicle issued by a competent authority under the Motor Vehicles Act with a practical experience of driving a motor vehicle for a period of not less than five years.

Note:

(i) “Others” [i.e., Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs] who have put in 5 years of service in the State / Central Government are not eligible even if they are within the age limit.

(ii) Every candidate claiming to be a “Destitute Widow” should possess the “Destitute Widow certificate” obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer/Sub Collector/Assistant Collector on or before the date of Notification, whose total monthly income from all sources shall not be more than Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) including any family pension or other receipts and income from private practice in case of professionals, but shall not include a divorcee. Candidates who are possessing only a “Widow Certificate” are not eligible to claim an exemption under this category. Note: Candidates who are possessing the “Destitute Widow certificate” as on the date of Notification are alone eligible to apply.

Madras High Court Job Application Fees 2022

Madras High Court required an application fee for their recent job notification. The Madras High Court application fees will be collected by online mode only. For that, the candidates need to pay the Madras High Court exam fee through Internet Banking or Bharath UPI mode.

It is mandatory for all categories of the applicants, including the fee exempted category candidates to register their basic particulars, on payment of Rs.60/- [(Rupees sixty only) + applicable charges], towards the registration fee for the notifications issued in respect of a particular Judicial District and then should proceed to apply online for recruitment to the posts notified in the Notifications, by paying prescribed examination fee. However, exempted category of candidates need not pay the examination fee.
