SSC Stenographer Skill Test 2022:The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is conducting the SSC Stenographer skill test 2022 on April 25 for grades C and D today for those candidates who faced technical issues in the previous tests. The skill test will be conducted today for Hindi and tomorrow for grades C and D (English). The SSC had conducted the skill tests of stenographer grade C and D exam 2022 on February 15 and 16 but as candidates faced issues, the commission held a retest on March 10. Candidates who appeared for the retest faced the same issues.
Accordingly, taking a comprehensive view of the overall interest of the candidates, the Commission has finally decided to re-conduct the said skill tests for all those candidates who appeared on 15.02.2023 and 16.02.2023. These tests will now be conducted on 25th April 2023 for Stenographer Grade C & D (Hindi) and on 26th for Stenographer Grade C & D (English).
SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern:
The SSC Stenographer Grade C and D exam pattern consists of three sections: General Awareness, English Language and Comprehension, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The total marks for the exam are 200, with 50 marks allocated for General Awareness, 100 marks for English Language and Comprehension, and 50 marks for General Intelligence and Reasoning.

ssc.nic.in Stenographer Syllabus:
Candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English / Hindi at the speed of 100 words per minute for the post of stenographer grade ‘C’ and 80 words per minute for the post of stenographer grade ‘D’. The matter will have to be transcribed on the computer. The transcription time is 50 minutes for Stenographer Grade ‘D’ in English, 65 minutes in Hindi, and 40 minutes for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ in English, 55 minutes in Hindi.
