TNPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2024: Combined Civil Service Posts @tnpsc.gov.in: Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released online applications for Combined Civil Services Examination – Group I-B and I-C Services posts. All interested and eligible candidates can apply online from April 23, 2024, to May 22, 2024. The prelims exam will be conducted on July 12, 2024, across Tamil Nadu. TNPSC Group 1 2024 Eligibility Details

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Commissioner:

 (I) Candidates must possess any degree and also a degree of Bachelor of Law (3 years course) or a degree of Bachelor of Law (5 years Integrated course) of a University recognized by the University Grants Commission for its Grant, and

(ii) (a) Must be practicing as an Advocate or as a Pleader in a Court of Civil or Criminal Jurisdiction for not less than three years. or

(b) Must have put in a service of not less than six years in the post of Executive Officer, Grade-I or Grade-II or Grade-III or Grade-IV, or Inspector or Head Clerk or Manager or Superintendent in the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. You are advised to check the notification link for details of the educational qualifications of the posts.

District Educational Officer:

1. A Master’s degree of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission in the State or a degree of equivalent standard in any one of the following subjects namely Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, Tamil and English

and

2. Should have studied Tamil under Part-I or Part-II of the Intermediate or Pre-University Course or Higher Secondary Course

and

3. Bachelor of Teaching or Bachelor of Education from any recognized University in the State or a degree of equivalent standard.

TNPSC Group 1 Application Correction Window 2024

After the last date for submission of the online application, the Application Correction Window will open for three days from 27.05.2024 to 29.05.2024. During this period, candidates will be able to edit the details in their online application. After the last date of the Application Correction Window period, no modification will be allowed in the online application.
