The vacancies for the Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service are 584 posts, while the Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in Railways has 300 posts. The General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council has 1 post, and the General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi has 376 posts.

UPSC CMS Eligibility Criteria 2023

To apply for the posts, candidates should have passed the written and practical parts of the final MBBS examination. The age limit for candidates is 32 years as of August 1, 2023.

UPSC CMS Application Fees

The application fee is ₹200/- for all candidates. Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees. Candidates can make the payment of fees either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, by using the net banking facility of State Bank of India, or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card or by using Internet Banking of SBI.

2. Click on ‘Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC’
3. Click on ‘Part I Registration
4. Fill in the required details and click on ‘Submit’
5. After successful registration, a registration ID will be generated. Note down the ID.
6. Click on ‘Part II Registration
7. Enter the registration ID and date of birth.
8. Fill in the required details, upload scanned images of your photograph and signature, and make the fee payment.
9. Submit the application form.
