- Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution
Prosecutor
- A. Educational- Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute. OR Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) from a recognized University or Institute.
- B. Experience- For Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law Holders- One year experience in handling litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization. OR For Integrated graduate in Law (5 years duration) Holders 2 years’ experience in handing litigation & court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.
- A. Educational- Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmacology/ Pharmacy / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent*. *The specific essential educational qualifications mentioned in the existing Recruitment Rules only are required for direct recruitment to the post. No other educational qualification is needed to be included in the said educational qualifications under the ambit of the word equivalent. Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the UPSC in the case of the candidates otherwise well qualified.
- B. Experience- Two years experience of Analytical method and research therein in the field of Toxicology.
- A. (i) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. OR (ii) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering followed by Post-graduate Diploma in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University.
- B-EXPERIENCE- (i) Ten years’ experience in Engineering Workshop or Industry or training Institute for candidates possessing educational qualification mentioned at point A(i) above. (ii) Eight years’ experience in Engineering Workshop or Industry or Training Institute for candidates possessing educational qualification mentioned at point A(ii) above.
- (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D. (Dermatology)/ M.D. (Dermatology & Venereology)/ M.D. in Medicine with Diploma in Dermatology/ Diploma in Dermatology.
- B. EXPERIANCE Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree or 5 years’ experience after obtaining the Post Graduate Diploma.
- A. EDUCATION (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
